Timeless, editorial photography for celebrations across the Cotswolds and the surrounding counties
Wedding photography for the honey-stone villages, country estates, and rolling landscapes of the Cotswolds.
Few corners of England carry the quiet romance of the Cotswolds. Honey-coloured manor houses, walled gardens, ancient parish churches, and gently rolling farmland create a setting that feels almost out of time. It is a landscape made for celebration, and one that deserves to be photographed with the same considered, unhurried sensibility.
I photograph weddings throughout the Cotswolds with a calm, documentary approach. There are no staged setups, no lengthy interruptions, and no contrived poses. My work is rooted in observation, allowing genuine emotion to speak for itself. The result is a collection of photographs with a refined, editorial quality that will feel as relevant in thirty years as it does today.
Every collection includes a second photographer as standard, ensuring nothing is missed from the morning preparations through to the final dance.
Why Couples Choose Studio Williams
A photographer who understands the Cotswolds
From the private estates around Daylesford and Chipping Norton to the country houses of the Windrush Valley, the Cotswolds is a region I know well. I understand how the soft Cotswold light moves through walled gardens at golden hour, how to use honey-stone walls as a quiet backdrop, and how to navigate the long, leisurely rhythm of a country house wedding.
Two photographers, one seamless experience
Every collection includes a second photographer as standard. While I focus on the wider narrative, your second photographer captures the quieter details and parallel moments. The result is comprehensive, unhurried coverage with nothing overlooked.
Calm, considered, completely prepared
I arrive early, I am dressed appropriately, and I work alongside your planner, florist, and venue team with quiet professionalism. You will hardly notice I am there, but you will feel the difference in the photographs.
A refined, editorial finish
Every image is individually edited by hand. The tones are warm, the skin is true to life, and the final gallery has a polished, magazine-quality consistency. This is photography designed to look as beautiful in twenty years as it does today.
The Experience
What to Expect
From the moment you enquire, you will have direct, personal communication with me throughout the entire process. There are no assistants and no automated replies. Your wedding receives my complete, undivided attention from our first conversation through to the delivery of your final gallery.
Every collection includes a pre-wedding consultation to discuss your timeline, your venue, and the wider arc of your day. I respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, and a small selection of preview images is shared with you within 24 hours of the wedding itself, so you have something beautiful to share with family and friends straight away.
Your full digital gallery, individually hand-edited, is delivered within twelve weeks of the wedding. Fine art printed albums are then designed and produced once your final image selection has been approved.
Collections start from £3,500 for full day coverage, including a second photographer as standard. Travel within the United Kingdom is included.

Fine Art Wedding Albums
Crafted to Last
A wedding album is how your day lives on, not as a collection of files on a hard drive, but as something you can hold, share, and pass down through your family. Every album I offer is handcrafted in Italy using archival-quality materials, thick lay-flat pages, and museum-grade printing rated to last over one hundred years.
I personally design the layout of each album, curating the images to tell the story of your celebration from the morning preparations through to the last dance. The result is a considered, beautiful object that holds its quality and significance for a lifetime.
Albums are available as an addition to any collection and come in a range of cover materials including fine linen, Italian leather, and velvet.

Yes. A pre-wedding shoot is a wonderful way for us to get to know each other before the day itself. It is a relaxed, pressure-free session, usually lasting around an hour, and it gives you confidence in front of the camera so the wedding portraits feel entirely natural.
