Not at all. In fact, most of my couples say exactly that when we first chat. I totally get it—I’m not into making anyone feel awkward or staged. I’ll gently guide things when needed, but for the most part, I blend in and let you be yourselves. The best photos happen when you’re relaxed, and that’s what I aim for.

Yes. I’m based in Manchester, but I regularly shoot weddings all over the UK, especially in London. Some of my favourite spots include The Asylum Chapel, Kew Gardens, The Ned, and Marylebone Town Hall. Travel is usually included, so no surprises there.

You’ll get around 400–600 edited images, depending on the flow of your day. I carefully go through everything and deliver a gallery that tells your story beautifully. I usually send out a preview within a few days, and your full gallery will be ready in around 8 weeks.

Absolutely. I love to have a chat before you book, whether that’s over Zoom, a call, or a coffee if you’re local. It’s important you feel comfortable with your photographer, so I’m always happy to talk through your plans and answer any questions.

Honestly, some of the most atmospheric shots I’ve taken were in the rain. I always come prepared, and we’ll make it work; umbrellas, overhangs, moody skies... it can all look incredible. I’ll guide you if needed and make sure the weather never gets in the way of great photos.

Yes, definitely. While I focus on natural, documentary coverage, I always set aside time for the group shots that matter to you. I keep them relaxed and efficient so you can spend more time with your guests and less time standing in a line.

Yes. I offer custom-designed albums and fine art prints that are built to last. Once your gallery is ready, you’ll have the option to choose your favourites and I’ll help you create something really special. Albums are a lovely way to relive the day and make a beautiful gift too.

I am, yes. Fully covered with public liability and professional indemnity insurance. It’s something every professional photographer should have, and I wouldn’t work without it.
